1. The Leaven is currently $18.00 a year.

• Last Name/First Name

• Address/City/State/Zip

• Parish if applicable

An invoice will be sent to you once your subscription is processed.

Would you like to discontinue your subscription?

• Account Number (numbers that appear above your name on your

newspaper, usually look like this ###/#######).

• Please state in the email you are canceling your subscription.
